Once the order is placed, we aim to prepare and deliver your personalised gift box order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t add other items to your current order once it’s been confirmed. You’ll need to place another order for the same. 2. Can you gift wrap my order?

Currently, we don’t offer gift-wrapping services but we do offer gift box options for many of our products. Our personalised gift boxes are crafted from high-quality cardboard that comes with a sleek white/baby pink ribbon with your items wrapped in tissue paper. You can choose a gift box option after adding your personalised gifts to your shopping cart.

3. Can I include a gift message in my order?

No, you can not add any personal message with the personalised gift boxes. We send some of our orders with a delivery note that you’ll find inside your order, however, it’s not a personalised gift message. Our delivery note is printed generally with the contents of the order, the sender’s name, the recipient’s name, and different messages according to the occasion—Christmas, wedding, birthday, etc.

4. Do you offer express delivery service?

Yes, we do offer express shipping at checkout. We despatch our personalised gift boxes as soon as they’re completed, in order to deliver them to you as soon as possible. Please check the individual product page to find out whether the product you’re looking at can be delivered through express shipping. Usually, we take 1-5 business days to deliver our personalised gift boxes in Melbourne and across Australia while International shipping can be up to 12 business days.
