We take great pride for our reputation for beautiful quality products, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it is the incorrect size, we will assist you with a credit note/exchange. We only offer exchanges/credit notes on apparel (pyjamas, jackets, robes, cami sets). With all other products the sale is final. We no not refund for change of mind.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days is exceeded unfortunately we will not offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging and all tags must remain attached. It must not be washed.
If you intend to send your item back, please email email@example.com and our team will help in the process.
- Personalised, printed, embroidered items are final and cannot be returned
- Sale item products are final and cannot be returned
- If your item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be posted back to you, and you will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
- If you wish to exchange your product, the initial product ordered must be first received back to Miss Poppy Design prior to the second product being dispatched.
You will be required to pay the costs of shipping to return the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
