Can I see what my name and details will look like on the invitation?
Once your order has been placed we will then send across a proof sheet for you to review to make sure everything is looking perfect. Once you have approved your design your order will then be sent to print.

How does your pricing work?
The first price that you will see is the minimum purchase price which is based on the minimum number of invitations which can be ordered. Once you have selected the quantity of invitations that you require the pricing will reflect this. The more invitations you order, the less you will pay per unit.

Does your pricing include envelopes?
We include blank white envelopes with all of our invitations. We do offer a wide range of additional invitations in various colours and paper stocks which can be purchased additionally.

Where do you deliver?
We are based in Australia and our designs are shipped all over the world!

How many invitations should I order?
We always recommend ordering a few extra invitations than what is on your guest list. You may have some last minute guests as some people can't make it. Any spares can be kept as a keepsake. Re-ordering invitations later is very costly as you will be changed for the minimum order.

Can I choose my own colours for your designs?
All of the colours can be customised to suit your wedding. Not sure what colours would be best suited? Contact us and our graphic designer will make some tailored recommendations for you.

I've found a design I love, but I would like it in a square/circle/rectangle. Can I change the design to be in a different shape?
We're more than happy to change the format of the design to suit a different shape. Simply email us for an exact quote.

Can I change the wording on the design?
Yes! The wording we use on our invitations are just examples & can be completely customised to suit you and your special day.

What foil colours do you offer?
We can foil in a range of different foils, with the most popular being rose gold, gold and silver. After something different? Please contact us to discuss?

Do you create custom invitation designs?
We love creating custom designs, please contact us for more information.

Can I add the recipients name on the invitation?
Yes we are able to add this to each invitation as an add on. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order you will need to allow a day or two for us to create your design and send you a proof sheet. Once you have then confirmed the design please allow 3 weeks for your order to get printed.
