THE PALOMITA:
A riff on the classic Paloma cocktail born in the Mexican town of Tequila, Jalisco in the 1950s, the Palomita (Spanish for ‘little dove’) is a tequila spiked grapefruit soda with a splash of sparkling wine and a sprinkle of salt.
A must-drink for any Margarita lover, the Palomita is a sensational spritz certain to get the party started as soon as the sun sets.
Ingredients
Carbonated water, sparkling wine, Arquitecto Tequila, sugar, juice concentrates (pink grapefruit, lime), natural flavours, pectin, food acid (330), Murray River pink salt.
Serving Suggestion
