Mid Year Sale FAQ
When does the sale start
The sale will begin on Tuesday June 16th at 6pm AEST
Do I need to use a discount code?
No you don't, the prices will show the discounted prices when the sale goes live at 6pm
What will be be on sale?
Our Mid-year Sale will offer 20-70% off sitewide.
The only items excluded from the sale are Gift Cards, pre-order pieces, and the kids range of jackets & knits.
All pieces are strictly while stocks last and many popular pieces are expected to sell out quickly.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Due to the influx of orders during a sale period, kindly allow 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for us to create your personalised pieces.
Orders will be made and sent in the order they were placed in, which means the earlier you place your order during our sale the earlier it will be sent.
Can I cancel, change or return my order?
Unfortunately we're unable to cancel or make amendments to an order once it's been placed. We recommend referring to the size charts for detailed sizing. All orders placed during our mid season sale are final sale and not able to be returned, so please choose carefully.
If we haven't began making your personalised order yet, we're happy to offer store credit.
What if my favourite piece is sold out?
We suggest placing your order quickly as most popular pieces are likely to sell out, and many styles won't be returning.
Can I use my welcome code or another discount code?
No additional discounts or coupon codes will be valid during this time.
Can I place a rush order?
During our mid season sale we've decided not to offer any rush orders due to the volume of orders. You can still select express shipping at checkout though.
Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are personalised and packed by us here in NSW, Australia.
