How quickly will you ship my order?

Personalised/Embroidered products: All personalised and embroidered products are personalised just for you — due to this, please allow 7-10 business days production for us to custom make these pieces for you. 🖤

Non Personalised/Non embroidered: Pieces which aren't personalised or embroidered are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Rush orders: If you require an urgent rush order please get in touch via the live chat or email to arrange & we'll do our best to accomodate. Rush order fee $25.

Sale periods: If your purchase was made during a sale period please allow additional time for dispatch

How long does shipping take?

Items are dispatched from our NSW studio. 

Please allow ample time for production and delivery for your personalised products. If you are purchasing for a wedding or event we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free standard shipping on orders within Australia over $150.
Items below $150 are $9.95
Express shipping is also available.

International shipping is also available, and prices will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.
