We hope you adore your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work.


Personalised & Embroidered Items

Because these products are created just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised or custom-made items. Please double-check your spelling, details, and sizing before placing your order. There are detailed size charts on the product pages of the robes, jackets and sleepwear.


Apparel

Apparel can be returned for store credit only.
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Sale/Outlet products are except from return

Gifts, Hampers & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on gift boxes, hampers, or any items containing perishable, edible, or hygiene-sensitive goods.


Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and checked.
